Rusagro says January–June IFRS net profit soars 80% to 18 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Aug 16 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian agricultural holding Rusagro soared by 80% on the year to 17.6 billion rubles in January–June, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Monday.

Revenue rose 44.6% to 104.372 billion rubles. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew 90% to 22.119 billion rubles.
